STAGE 3

Negotiating:
Smarter Ways to Reach a Sensible Agreement

With preparation in place, your focus shifts to reaching agreement. There are many ways to reach a deal – without burning truckloads of money with lawyers. These support options will help you structure negotiations – either on your own or as a couple. Work through possible deals and move toward a settlement that both parties can accept.

Need help responding to your ex or planning an effective negotiation strategy?

Negotiation Support

Savvy guidance on negotiation dynamics and tactics (insight lawyers don’t usually provide).

Best for: Individuals who want insight and anticipation of their ex’s moves and how to orchestrate a fair outcome.

Fee: $300 +GST for initial session (then $300 +GST per hour for any follow-on sessions).

Looking for a ready-made (and sane) solution?

Not sure how your rough idea can be structured so it works?

STAGE 4

Finalising:
Formalising the Outcome Properly

Once you’ve reached agreement, the final step is turning it into formal documentation. Here are our support options to help ensure the settlement is properly recorded and legally effective.

Ready to make your agreement legally binding?
