“I recently had the pleasure of receiving a consultation from David Eagle for property settlement and divorce matters.
I am beyond impressed with the level of expertise and support he provided and cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service and guidance David provided.
Thank you, David, for going above and beyond to help me through this challenging process. Your expertise and support have made a significant difference. I feel equipped to move forward. I am incredibly grateful.”

“David Eagle’s advice has been enormously helpful to me throughout my property settlement.
He is a brilliant strategist, his knowledge is vast, and his services are excellent value for money. I highly recommend David to anyone who needs to divide assets following separation.
(I would have liked David to conduct our mediation but my ex wanted another mediator. This meant I was able to seek David’s invaluable advice before, during, and after mediation.)

“Highly recommend David Eagle from Fair and Reasonable to help you navigate the road to freedom.
He helped guide us both amicably to maintain dignity and respect, with no BS. I learned more in two hours than I have after thousands of $’s with my lawyer.
David has brought much clarity, options and understanding to me.

“Thank you David Eagle for your support and advice on my case. The sessions I had with David really helped me with my mediation and come to an agreement both of us could accept and move forward with.
I had clear negotiation strategies alongside the legal advice I had from my lawyer, that I could use to put forward my case. Definitely recommend time with David to help with your property settlement.”

“I wish I’d found Fair and Reasonable before I burned $6,400 on a lawyer with basically no result.
You made everything so much clearer and practical and my stress levels dropped 75% just from talking with you.”

“I just want to say thank you for all your help and advice. After 18 months getting absolutely nowhere, my ex accepted a counter offer today after I followed your recommendations.“

“I was astounded to learn how small a part the law plays in settlements. It all makes sense to me now. I’m stunned how quickly you helped us sort out an agreement. We’d been stalled for over 2 years and you found us a deal we could both live with in a few days. We’re both very grateful.”

“The way you explained things was not just easier to understand than anything my lawyer told me, but also so much more practical. With your guidance, we are both close to reaching an agreement and no longer see any reason to go through court.”

“TBH, before I engaged with Fair and Reasonable I felt helpless and now realise I really had a ‘victim’ mentality. Now, I feel empowered. I know what I’m doing…
I’m not afraid any more.”

“David is brilliant. He calmed me immensely and gave me insights and view that gave me the courage I needed at the time to stand strong. He gave me such an emotional lift in confidence within that proved to me I can be brave.”

“Thank you David Eagle for your advice this morning. My stress levels are through the roof, and your ideas have settled me greatly.”
UPDATE:
“Woohoo just done the deal 60:40!
David Eagle suggested talking to my ex but my solicitor advised strictly against it. I texted my ex at 2am this morning requesting a chat. The mediation bloodied us both and I think brought us to the table so it was worth it despite not getting close on the day. It did the heavy lifting, leaving a solution staring us in the face.
I am so happy and relieved. The whole process was affecting my health and the prospect of spending the next 2 years living day to day as a 52 year old with a fast diminishing window to create wealth for my retirement was not worth the short term gain.
Thanks again … to David for his advice which ultimately proved correct.

“I had the pleasure of a consultation with David last week, as I had some concerns that were really giving me some stress. I must say that David’s experience and calm manner really set me at ease and has done wonders for my stress level.
I would heartily recommend a chat with David if you are confused, unsure or fearful of the process. A chat did wonders for my mental health and the mystery of the process.
For anyone concerned about the process, which can seem quite daunting at times, I would highly recommend his services.”

Could you do with some help, too?
If you’d like someone to hear your situation, give you some clarity and talk through how you can best move forward with your financial settlement, then book a time to chat (there’s no charge).
